This document provides a detailed course description for Arts in Science's courses for the current year.
The courses are categorized into different levels, based on delegate’s work, educational background, competence and experience.

The following gives the minimum requirement for delegates attending the course and category of personnel that should attend a course in a particular level.

LEVEL 1

• No HSE background
• Minimum of secondary school education
• Less than 2 years on the job experience

LEVEL 2

• Basic HSE background
• 3 years minimum working experience
• Post secondary school education

LEVEL 3

• Decision makers
• HSE Professionals
• Post secondary school education
• 5 years minimum working experience

LEVEL 4

• Core HSE professional
• HSE personnel seeking certification
