Summary:

Track internal and external action items. Demonstrate compliance to management system standards (internal and external). Meets and exceeds the requirements of ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2000, OSHA 18001 and local regulations on EIA, EER and related areas.

The application runs via a web front end and can be hosted inhouse or over the internet.

TRACK (Action Tracking System)
Most organizations have external and internal actions that need to be implemented and closed out to specifications. These actions may come from audits, reviews, inspections and/or meetings.

TRACK gives organizations a secure way of managing actions and tracking the necessary sub tasks needed to close out such actions. This tool gives you a systematic way of complying with legislation and external standards and also allows for data analysis and trending for continuous improvement.

TRACK can be deployed in teams and across an enterprise. The application runs as a module on top of our MATRICS (www.artsinscience.com/apps/MATRICS) core.

Base Application

There are two models for our application hosting:
Option A: On our servers and available to clients over the Internet
Option B: On clients own intranet connected Server

For option A, the clients pays a yearly license fee starting for X number of users starting from a 10 user license and available in blocks of 5 users additional.

For option B, the client pays a purchase license fee for X users and an optional maintenance fee for maintenance and upgrade.

Data loading, business process (re) alignment cost as needed.
