For managing the loan/overdraft/credit approval process from application to final approval/rejecting. MATRICS controls and enforces guidelines set by the organisation.

All supporting documents are collated and the workflow engine passes on completed applications from originator along the chain of command.

Queries, comments and other flags can be sent back to users along the line and additional information can be requested and added on.

Business rules are enforced. Using MATRICS, the approval process is streamlined, auditable, fast and standardized across the organization.

Unnecessary steps, non value adding detours are easily identified and dropped and the whole system optimized for better bottom line returns.

Project Management Module: MATRICS PM

Multi-user project management allows you to see all aspects of your projects (from task, deadlines to budget spend). Manage your entire projects online, delegate, control budgets, see reports of progress (or lack of).

MATRICS PM gives you an overview of single or multiple projects and helps your staff to manage their work effectively. In addition to project derived tasks, users can set individual tasks and use the application to track their progress and budget.

MATRICS PM is available for the construction industry, engineering industry and any firm that manages projects and needs control and improvement.

Your suppliers and contractors can access MATRICS PM directly and save you time and money on interface management and also provide the benefit of instant updates of material cost and other parameters of your project.

Base Application

There are two models for our application hosting:
Option A: On our servers and available to clients over the Internet
Option B: On clients own intranet connected Server

For option A, the clients pays a yearly license fee starting for X number of users starting from a 10 user license and available in blocks of 5 users additional.

For option B, the client pays a purchase license fee for X users and an optional maintenance fee for maintenance and upgrade.

Data loading, business process (re) alignment cost as needed.
