Training Prerequisites
The following gives the minimum requirement for delegates attending the course and category of personnel that should attend a course in a particular level.

- No HSE background
- Minimum of secondary school education
- Less than 2 years on the job experience
- Level 2
- Basic HSE background
- 3 years minimum working experience
- Post secondary school education
- Level 3
- Decision makers
- HSE Professionals
- Post secondary school education
- 5 years minimum working experience
- Level 4
- Core HSE professional
- HSE personnel seeking certification
