ip cameras

What is an IP Camera
An IP Camera is a digital camera capable of being connected directly to the network and allow users to view live, video from anywhere within the computer network, and over the Internet, using a web-browser.

This is a fast emerging solution and businesses are increasingly
to them as it is an economical alternative to Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) systems which is comparatively expensive.

The use of existing network infrastructure (where it is in existence) greatly simplifies installation and eliminates the expense of installing additional cabling.

Features such as motion sensing with alarm, multi-user login, and FTP upload capability further differentiate the camera from current video technology.
